Providing the services of operation of scheduled flights to domestic and international destinations, Hemus Air is an airline in Bulgaria. The headquarters of the airlines are located in Sofia, Bulgaria. Sofia International Airport is the main hub of the airlines and also Varna Airport which acts as a secondary operational hub. In addition to the scheduled flights, the airline also operates charter, cargo and air ambulance services.
Hemus Air branched away from Balkan Bulgarian Airlines and was formed in the year 1986. It was in 1996 that it separated off from Balkan Airlines completely and was named as Hemus Air. All present operations of the airline however come under the brand of Bulgaria Air owing to a codesharing program which started in 2007. 14 aircrafts make up the fleet of the Hemus Air which includes the following:

- 1 Boeing 737-300
- 4 BAe 146-200
- 4 BAe 146-300
- 2 ATR-42-300
- 2 Airbus A319-112
Bourgas, Sofia and Varna are the domestic destinations connected by the flight. The international destinations include Athens, Beirut, Dubai, London, Tirana, Tripoli, Larnaca etc. Many on-flight and off-flight services are provided by the airlines. The seating and surrounding is comfortable, entertainment is provided for, roomy and relaxed ambience, low noise, convertible seats, etc.
